You can become whole again.

On the outside, you seem fine…

You’re holding it together. You’re going to work. You’re laughing and smiling. You’re there for your friends and family. But on the inside, you’re not okay. If people around you could read your mind, they would see that you’re barely holding it together.

You’re struggling to get up and go to work in the morning. Behind the smiles, you’re holding back tears. You don’t feel like yourself, but you continue to do what it takes to convince other people that you’re fine. You wear this mask everyday, hoping that nobody will notice how miserable you are, but also secretly hoping someone will figure it out so you don’t have to feel so alone.

At Inner Harmony Counseling, LLC, you are not alone.

You can take off your mask and breathe a sigh of relief.

Owner/Licensed Professional Counselor

What sets me apart as a counselor is the value that I place on authenticity and transparency. This means that I like to be real with my clients and I like for my clients to be real with me.

Counseling sessions with me are designed to help you gain an understanding of yourself and your needs so that you can take action to get those needs met and ultimately experience an increased sense of well-being and wholeness.

GAIN INSIGHT AND FIND SOLUTIONS

In our work together, you will work toward gaining a better understanding of the difficulties you are facing and learn strategies to overcome them.

We will work together to identify unhelpful patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, and replace them with patterns that encourage healing and growth.

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME

I have experienced difficult times and have benefited tremendously from working with a counselor.

Having been in the client’s shoes, I can say that what is most important to me is establishing a strong sense of connection with the counselor. To feel like the counselor truly understands and cares. In addition to this, I want a counselor who will not just listen to me, but will help me get to where I want to be.

Counseling sessions have a conversational and natural flow, during which I alternate between attuned listening and giving feedback.

As your counselor, my goal is for you to feel safe, heard, understood, and seen. I am whole-heartedly committed to you and your goals and I would love to be part of your journey toward healing!
